Founder

Sarah

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I'm a Practitioner, mum to four neurodivergent children & currently homeschooling half my tribe. Over the years I've supported families navigating big emotions, anxiety, friendships, confidence and connection.

One thing became incredibly clear. Children don't just need more information. They need opportunities to understand themselves.

To ask questions.

To feel heard.

To discover that every brain is different, every feeling matters and every child deserves to know they belong.

Bloom & Belong was created to help make those moments part of everyday family life.

My hope is that years from now your children won't remember every activity—but they'll remember the conversations, the laughter, the feeling of being understood and the time you intentionally spent growing together.

what is bloom& belong?

Bloom & Belong is a year-long whole child, multiage wellbeing curriculum designed to help children grow emotionally, socially and personally through meaningful connection.

Every week introduces one important life skill through a simple, repeatable rhythm that fits naturally into family life.

No complicated lesson plans.

No pressure.

No perfect parenting required.

Just intentional moments that help children understand themselves and the people around them.

Every Bloom includes…

💛 Wonder Together

Meaningful conversations that encourage curiosity, self-awareness and family connection.

🎨 Create Together

One shared activity with flexible ways to engage.

Whether your child prefers drawing, writing, building, moving or creating, everyone can participate in a way that suits them.

🌸 Bloom Mission

A simple family challenge that takes learning into everyday life.

These small moments help children practise what they've learned in real-world situations.

🌼 Bloom Tree

Celebrate each week's growth by adding a new piece to your family's Bloom Garden—a gentle reminder that growth happens one small step at a time.

Why Families Love Bloom & Belong

Because it's flexible.

Because it's gentle.

Because it doesn't feel like "school."

Because siblings of different ages can learn together.

Because conversations continue long after the activity has finished.

Because emotional wellbeing isn't another subject.

It's part of growing up
